1. Introduction<\/h2>

Beaumont Tours and Travel (\u00abwe,\u00bb \u00abus,\u00bb \u00abour,\u00bb or \u00abBeaumont Tours\u00bb), registered and operating from Nairobi, Kenya, specializes in luxury African safaris and travel experiences. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and booking arrangements.<\/p>

2. Booking and Payment Terms<\/h2>

2.1 Booking Process<\/h3>
  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total safari cost is required to confirm your booking<\/li>
  • Full payment is required 60 days prior to departure<\/li>
  • For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking<\/li><\/ul>

    2.2 Payment Methods<\/h3>
    • We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved electronic payment methods<\/li>
    • All prices are quoted in US Dollars<\/li>
    • Bank charges and currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the client<\/li><\/ul>

      3. Cancellation Policy<\/h2>

      3.1 Cancellation by Client<\/h3>
      • 60+ days before departure: Loss of deposit<\/li>
      • 59-45 days before departure: 50% of total safari cost<\/li>
      • 44-30 days before departure: 75% of total safari cost<\/li>
      • 29 days or less before departure: 100% of total safari cost<\/li><\/ul>

        3.2 Cancellation by Beaumont Tours<\/h3>
        • We reserve the right to cancel any safari due to circumstances beyond our control<\/li>
        • Full refund will be provided in such cases, excluding expenses already incurred<\/li>
        • We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred by clients in preparation for the safari<\/li><\/ul>

          4. Travel Insurance<\/h2>

          4.1 Mandatory Requirements<\/h3>
          • Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients<\/li>
          • Insurance must cover medical emergencies, evacuation, cancellation, and COVID-19 related incidents<\/li>
          • Proof of insurance must be provided prior to departure<\/li><\/ul>

            • We arrange and coordinate safari services with approved partners and suppliers<\/li>
            • We maintain high standards in selecting accommodation and service providers<\/li>

              • Political instability or civil unrest<\/li>
              • Changes in government regulations<\/li>

              • Third-party service provider actions<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

                • Clients must obtain necessary visas and travel documents<\/li>
                • Clients must follow local laws and customs<\/li>
                • Clients must adhere to safari guide instructions and camp\/lodge rules<\/li>
                • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and safety<\/li><\/ul>

                  • Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions<\/li>
                  • Clients must obtain required vaccinations and medical clearances<\/li>
                  • Clients must carry necessary medications and medical documentation<\/li><\/ul>

                    6.2 Safety Protocols<\/h3>
                    • Clients must follow safety briefings and guidelines<\/li>
                    • We reserve the right to modify itineraries for safety reasons<\/li>
                    • Clients participate in activities at their own risk<\/li><\/ul>

                      7. Itinerary Changes<\/h2>

                      7.1 Modifications<\/h3>
                      • We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control<\/li>
                      • Alternative arrangements of similar standard will be provided where possible<\/li>
                      • No refunds will be given for unused services due to client choice<\/li><\/ul>

                        8. Photography and Marketing<\/h2>

                        8.1 Content Usage<\/h3>
                        • We reserve the right to use photographs taken during safaris for marketing purposes<\/li>
                        • Clients may opt-out of this arrangement in writing<\/li>
                        • Professional photography\/filming requires prior written permission<\/li><\/ul>

                              • Written complaints must be submitted within 28 days of safari completion<\/li>
                              • Resolution will be sought through mediation where possible<\/li>
                              • Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts<\/li><\/ul>

                                We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is a result of events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, civil unrest, terrorist activity, natural disasters, epidemics, or government actions.<\/p>
